Delete Customer Account

Permanently remove your Lassi Lounge food delivery account, saved delivery addresses, loyalty rewards, and personal profile data.

Data Permanently Removed

Upon verifying your credentials, the following data is permanently purged immediately:

Customer profile credentials (Name, email, phone number)
Saved delivery addresses & payment method tokens
Push notification tokens & active login sessions
Loyalty points, coupons & saved cart items

Statutory Records Retained

In accordance with United States federal and New York commercial regulations:

Historical completed financial receipts (retained up to 7 years strictly for IRS/State tax audits)
Anonymized past dispute & fraud logs

Note: Retained records are decoupled from your email and cannot be used for login or marketing.
